About Us

CHRIST Culture Excellence Group, also known as C2E Group, started in 2019 by Pastors Bobby and Jamie Hsiao as an outreach ministry to young adults for Still Waters Community Church. It started with helping two interns find jobs and work experience through the day school as teachers at Still Waters International Academy. The following year, C2E partnered with AI International to provide engineering interns with work opportunities as well as partnering with top SME (subject matter experts) to mentor interns in various career fields. C2E also partnered with Meadowcreek High School to support their project-based learning programs, while also providing tutoring for SAT, AP, and other standardized testing. In 2021, C2E Group partnered with Still Waters International Academy, leading to a plethora of projects for hydroponics and aquaponics to industrialize the school’s work based learning curriculum. Additionally, C2E started consulting support for SWIA to tutor students from elementary to high school. As the next year approached, C2E partnered with MCS, an electrical controls company, to provide commissioning technicians, while also creating a panel shop to build out control devices for different industries. Still partnered with Still Waters International Academy, C2E Group trained multiple interns to join the janitorial and maintenance team. In 2023, C2E Group partnered with Techwood Engineering to branch out and provide technician services to other industries while also branching out further in Still Waters International Academy by training interns to become teacher assistants in elementary, middle, and high school. As the new year has come, C2E Group is excited to make new connections, train new individuals, and serve the Lord in everything we do.
